Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to icuci2. This document contains the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing the use of the icuci2 online entertainment platform, including the website, services, games and all features provided by icuci2 ("Platform").

By accessing or using the icuci2 Platform in any way — whether by registering an account, making a deposit, joining a game or simply browsing the website — you hereby agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms.

Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at icuci2. Multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information provided must be:

• Full name matching your official identification document.
• A correct date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address that you have access to.
• A valid phone number registered under your own name.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please ensure your password is always kept secure and not shared with any party. icuci2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

Depositing & Withdrawing Funds

Icuci2 supports a variety of local payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including FPX bank transfer, digital wallets, and other methods listed on the platform's Deposit page. All deposits are credited to your account upon successful transaction verification.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the Deposit page and is subject to change from time to time.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Icuci2 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawals are only processed to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 business days depending on the selected payment method.

Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Icuci2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament promotions. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer; expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

Icuci2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. icuci2's decisions regarding bonus disputes are final.

Game Rules & Integrity

All games offered on the icuci2 platform — including slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting — must be played in accordance with the rules set for each game. Legitimate wins will be credited to your account promptly upon verification.

• The use of automated software (bots), cheating tools, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit game bugs must be reported to the support team and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Participation in syndicate betting intended to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited.
• Game results generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

Accepted User Conduct

• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

Icuci2 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any violation, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, as well as legal action where applicable.

Account Closure & Suspension

Icuci2 reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that you do not meet the stated eligibility requirements.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• Response to directives from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Upon your own request to close your account.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, icuci2 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the violating activity. For closures that do not involve a violation, any valid balance will be returned to you once the review process is complete.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the icuci2 customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

• Icuci2 is not liable for any financial losses arising from legitimate game outcomes.
• Icuci2 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, user equipment failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Icuci2's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed your total deposit amount within the relevant 30 calendar-day period.

Responsible Gaming
